How to finance residential photovoltaic installations?

Main features:
- Maximum financing amount: 30,000 euros
- % of financing: Up to 100% of RRP
- Maximum term: 20 years
- Rate of interest: 7.95% APR – 8.24% AER (With a 2% opening fee, AER of 8.51%.)
- Cancellation: Early repayment without expenses
- Opening Commission: 2% (maximum of €200)
- Facility Ownership: The customer is the owner of the facility.
- Compatiblewith the application and obtaining ofaidandgrants
- The financingMaintenance and insurance are not included.of the facility
Credit criteria:
- The customer cannot be indelinquency records(ASNEFF)
- It must behomeowner and natural person
- TheThe dwelling must be a single-family homeor havecommunity authorizationof neighbors.

Process phases:
1. Application for funding and submission of documentation

The disbursement will be made at 30 days from the start-up of the installation. The amount of the disbursement will be net financed amount after management and analysis expenses.
